Terms of Service

What Earshot is
Earshot is a monitoring and reporting service operated by [Company legal name] (“we”, “us”). It checks public visibility signals for your practice — AI assistant answers through official interfaces, search results, your Business Profile, directories, and your website — and reports what it finds, with suggested improvements. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
What Earshot is not — no guarantees
Earshot does not and cannot guarantee that AI assistants will recommend your practice, that your rankings will improve, or that you will receive inquiries, clients, or bookings. AI answers vary between runs, accounts, and apps; we measure a repeatable sample and report the trend with evidence. The service is directional information and suggestions, not a promise of outcomes — and we’d encourage you not to trust any tool that promises otherwise.
Your account and your information
- You may only monitor a practice you own or are authorized to represent.
- You’re responsible for keeping the practice details you provide accurate.
- Never enter client information into Earshot. The service is designed for public business information only (see the Privacy Policy).
Plans, billing, and cancellation
- The setup baseline scan is included at no charge and does not start a subscription.
- Paid monitoring is a monthly subscription (Solo or Group, priced in USD as shown on the site), billed through Paystack, starting when you activate.
- A founding rate stays locked while your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later return, the then-current rate applies.
- You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid period; your existing reports remain readable.
- For billing questions or problems, contact us — we’d rather fix it than argue about it.
Fair use
Don’t resell, scrape, or systematically extract the service or its reports; don’t use Earshot to monitor practices you have no authority over; don’t attempt to bypass usage limits. Reports are for your practice’s use.
Third-party services
Earshot depends on third-party AI providers, search-data providers, and platforms. Their availability and behavior can change without notice; where that affects a check, we say so in the report rather than papering over it.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
